Free event on October 20, 2018 from 2-5pm at the Golden Youth Centre in Golden BC.

FREE CLOTHING REPAIR WORKSHOP

Bring a clothing item you want to repair. Supplies and instruction will be provided. Learn to fix your faves by repairing a torn seam, sewing on a missing button, or patching in a variety of ways.

All ages are welcome, kids under 10 should bring along an adult companion.

AND OPTIONAL CLOTHING SWAP

If you wish to participate in the [free] swap, bring clean clothing items you no longer wear to add to the pile, and feel free to take home any new-to-you items that strike your fancy. Any size/type of clothing is welcome, as long as it's clean and in good condition.

Help recognize the 17th annual Waste Reduction Week in Canada (October 15-21) by buying less and fixing more.
